Coaching, experiential learning groups, spiritual direction can often address many life and work issues. Developing healthy routines and rituals, taking appropriate risks, finding balance and discovering one's courage and creativity will facilitate new openings. Stories, symbols and skills will anchor new learnings.
There are a variety of approaches to solve problems and to change unwanted situations through bringing out other aspects of one’s personality which have long been overlooked or unsupported. Identifying and nurturing one's truest being and worth, then supported with life skills and work skills creates momentum in ways that overidentifying with a problem can often limit. The various factors that weigh on a life or work situation can be understood and managed in a step by step, sometimes moment by moment process based on freedom and conscious choice.

If you would like to use your Insurance, please go through the referral service, Mindful Therapy Group. When you book an appointment with me through Mindful, they will bill insurance on your behalf. Please inform Mindful that you would like to see Louis Vetri.
If you would like to pay out of pocket to The Highland Institute, and submit to your insurance for reimbursement, a billing statement can be provided to you upon request. One billing statement can be provided per month.
